Senior Research Coordinator (2 positions)

We are seeking two highly skilled Senior Research Coordinators to lead qualitative and quantitative data collection; data analysis; human subject compliance; and reporting on a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) project in the Texas child welfare sector. The ideal candidates will possess specialized expertise and a passion for making a meaningful impact:

  • Data Analysis Expert: This individual should excel in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, utilizing their analytical prowess to enhance project outcomes and inform decision-making processes. Prior experience working with administrative data is highly preferred.
  • CQI/Qualitative Data Expert: This role requires extensive experience in conducting qualitative research and managing complex projects, particularly those involving collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders. Prior experience in child welfare, CQI and/or systems collaboration is highly preferred.


THRIVE Research Coordinator (Sexual Health)

The THRIVE Research Coordinator will provide training on THRIVE, a sexual health intervention for youth in foster care and child welfare professionals, as part of a rigorous program evaluation.  They will also assist with other program evaluation projects at TXICFW. The THRIVE Research Coordinator should have experience delivering health education or violence prevention programs, and prior experience developing and facilitating trainings and ongoing technical assistance to support fidelity and quality improvement in intervention delivery.

TXICFW Research Coordinator (General)

TXICFW is seeking a Research Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day activities of research studies, including participant recruitment, tracking, data collection, and follow-up. They will also be responsible for coordinating project meetings, communicating progress, and assisting with data analysis and reporting. Applicants who are bilingual (Spanish) and/or have prior experience in child welfare are strongly preferred.
