Feeling Connected and Empowered: Protective Experiences for Youth in Care

The Texas Youth Permanency Study (TYPS) follows a cohort of youth in foster care as they enter adulthood. By examining their experiences and trajectories we seek to find new ways of understanding the factors that allow youth in foster care to thrive in young adulthood.
