This guide is intended to assist agencies and communities in adapting an evidence-based interventions, by describing the benefits and drawbacks associated with adaptation. The guide also provides examples of a variety of planned adaptation frameworks, to assist agencies with the adaptation process, if they do chose to make evidence-based practice and program adaptations.
