Research & Evaluation
We work toward our vision of creating communities where all children and families thrive by conducting collaborative research that increases understanding of programs and practices that promote wellbeing. Evaluating how programs work in different settings supports continuous quality improvement and adaptations to meet community needs. We engage community partners to work collaboratively on the following:

Capacity Building
TXICFW believes children and families thrive when the professionals supporting them are equipped with ongoing education and resources. We are committed to creating inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments that strengthen ideas and practices.
We develop practice tools, provide quality professional development opportunities and technical assistance for organizations seeking to improve the lives of those involved with child welfare and social services. We collaborate with individuals who have lived experience to develop trainings, resources, and multimedia campaigns, ensuring our materials are both relevant and impactful. We engage community partners to work collaboratively on the following:
