Evaluation of Restorative Discipline Readiness Training for Administrators in Texas
Project Description:
The Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing has been contracted by The Institute of Restorative Justice and Restorative Dialogue (IRJRD) to evaluate the Texas implementation of The IRJRD Administrative Readiness Training for school administrative/leadership teams to help prepare for the implementation of Restorative Discipline. The project consists of 20 two-day administrator readiness training and 20 five-day coordinator trainings at Regional Education Service Centers at twenty sites throughout the state. The evaluation consists of a pre and post-test implementation survey with 6, 12, and 18 month follow-up.
