Institute of Higher Education Capacity and Effectiveness Survey

Project Overview

The Institute of Higher Education Capacity and Effectiveness Survey, sponsored by the Texas Early Learning Council, aimed to asses the effectiveness of Texas’s institutes of higher education’s capacity to successfully educated the early childhood workforce. Led by Principal Investigator Heath Price and supported by research coordinator Dr. Monica Faulkner, data was collected from administrators at IHEs and from teachers and care providers with degrees or certifications from these IHEs during both on-line and telephone interviews.
