Macy Margolin, MSSW, Operations Coordinator

Macy grew up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She studied ecology and plant science at Colorado College and has a BA in Biology. Macy has worn many professional hats, including stints as a ski instructor and vegetable farmer. Macy has worked in a variety of social service organizations that focus on youth wellbeing, including program development at a family homeless shelter, implementing wellbeing initiatives at a college health center, and working directly with adolescents and young adults experiencing mental health crisis. Macy has an MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin, where she learned that she loves applying her clinical knowledge, creativity, love of spreadsheets, and passion for social justice to organizational development.
Her professional interests include the intersection of organizational development and social justice, mental health, and creating racial identity development opportunities for social work professionals.
In her free time, Macy enjoys attempting arts and crafts projects, running, biking, and exploring the local food, art, and music scenes.
