Aisol Ostos, MBA, Operations Director

Aisol M. Ostos, MBA is the Operations Director at the Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing at the University of Texas at Austin. As a member of the operations team, she is primarily responsible for interpreting and ensuring compliance between state, federal, and university policy as it pertains to the institutes research projects. She oversees the daily financial operations and assist in managing the accounting side of TXICFW’s research and programs. Aisol received both her Bachelors in Finance and Masters of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
Prior to joining TXICFW, Aisol was the Finance Manager at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work, Office of the Associate Dean for Research. She spent 4.5 years with this office as the lead post-award specialist for various projects across the School of Social Work. She’s been an active member of the universities Association for Research Administrators and was the recipient of the 2019 Rookie Research Administrator of the Year award presented by the Office of the Vice President for Research.
